Hello and welcome!
I’m Trisha, and Wild Hearth Wellness was created from a longing for something slower, calmer, and more meaningful in a world that often feels overwhelming.
Like many women, I’ve spent years trying to hold everything together while feeling disconnected from myself somewhere along the way. Between stress, burnout, motherhood, relationships, work, and the changes that come with midlife, I began realizing that wellness is about so much more than food or fitness — it’s about how we feel in our lives, our bodies, and within ourselves.
This space is for women who are tired of constantly pushing, performing, and pretending they’re fine. Women who crave peace, honesty, connection, nature, and a softer way of living. A space for the unspoken, messy, complicated parts of womanhood that so many of us carry quietly.
Here you’ll find reflections on wellness, emotional wellbeing, nervous system care, midlife, slower living, and the realities of trying to find steadiness in an overstimulated world.
