I’m Trisha, a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. I support women and families who feel stretched thin, emotionally worn down, or disconnected from themselves and their bodies. Maybe you're tired in a way that sleep doesn’t fix, or trying to hold everything together while something inside you whispers that it’s too much.
What I’ve come to understand is that so much of how we feel comes back to the nervous system. It influences everything — digestion, hormones, mood, energy, even how we relate to food and rest. When the body is stuck in survival mode, it’s hard to feel well no matter how healthy we try to eat or how hard we push ourselves.
This work means a lot to me because I’ve lived it. I know how it feels to move through life constantly doing, while your body quietly asks for something different. Learning how to support my own nervous system changed everything, and now I walk alongside others who are ready to do the same.
My approach is gentle, steady, and real. Through holistic nutrition, nervous system education, and meaningful lifestyle support, I help you slow down, reconnect with what you need, and make simple shifts that actually last.

For women feeling overstimulated, anxious, or emotionally run down. This session offers a calm, supportive space to regulate your nervous system and reconnect with yourself. Through gentle lifestyle shifts and steady guidance, you’ll start to feel more grounded and clear. A good place to begin if you're stuck in survival mode and ready to feel a little more like yourself.

Nourish
This session supports two paths: one for women rebuilding energy, mood, or hormonal balance through food and rhythm, and one for caregivers navigating picky eating, emotional regulation, or sensory needs in children. Whether you're tending to your own body or supporting your child’s, you’ll receive practical, realistic guidance without pressure or overwhelm.

Reset
For women who feel like they’ve been carrying too much for too long. Reset is a longer-term space to slow down, understand what’s been draining you, and create steady routines that support your energy, your body, and your capacity. It’s not about fixing everything. It’s about making life feel more manageable and aligned with what you actually need.
